Cancellation Policy

We ask as least 2 business days in advance if any changes are made if you are skipping for change time or dates. We charge a 50% cleaning charge if requirement are not met.

Lock OUT FEE

We ask client to have varies access points of entry for the cleaners. If client fell to have access there is a FULL CHARGE of your cleaning fee. 

Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee our service within 24 hour of each cleaning. Cleaners are more than happy to re-clean if you feel items was cleaned properly to our standards.
